Assistant (Multipurpose) :
- Graduate or Equivalent from any UGC recognized university of India.

Assistant Manager :
- A Graduation Degree in any subject from a recognized university, or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Govt. of India.
- Knowledge of Computer is essential.
- A basic Diploma in computer application (DCA) is required.
- Preferences will be given to candidates having MBA degree.

BSCB Recruitment 2022 Selection Process
|
- The Selection on the basis of Pre Exam and Main Exam and Interview (for Assistant Manager Only).
- Each correct answer will fetch one mark and for every wrong answer, 0.25 marks shall be deducted.
- Exam Centers : Arrah, Bhagalpur, Darbhanga, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Patna & Purnea.
- The question paper shall be of objective multiple choice.
