  • Educational Qualification:
    3-year full-time Regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.

    60% for UR/OBC/EWS candidates

HPCL Junior Executive Officer Selection Process 2025:
  1. Computer-Based Test (CBT):
    • The CBT will consist of two parts:
      • General Aptitude: Includes English, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation.
      • Technical Knowledge: Specific to the candidate’s chosen discipline.
  2. Group Task / Group Discussion and Skill Test:
