PSTCL Recruitment 2020: Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must be qualified with Punjabi of at Matriculation level or its equivalent level before the last date of receipt of applications as Knowledge of Punjabi is essential for the post of Assistant Lineman (A.L.M). The candidate must have perused of full-time regular ITI in Electrician/Wireman Trade from a recognized institution.

PSTCL Assistant Lineman Selection Process

Punjab State Transmission Corporation Limited Officials will be going to accept the candidates through the Merit in Education. Remember that there will not be any Written Test or Interview for the selection process. PSTCL Officials Stated that the selected candidates will be placed across Punjab or any place across India under the Jurisdiction of PSTCL.

PSTCL Assistant Lineman Salary Structure

The Pay Scale to be paid for Assistant Lineman shall not be higher than the pay scales admissible to the said cadre in Govt. of India as notified as per the recommendations of 7th Central Pay Commission, as per instruction issued by Govt. of Punjab, Department of Finance (Finance Personnel-I Branch) vide its letter No.7/42/2020-5FP1/ 741-746, Chandigarh dated 17.07.2020 which will be intimated later on.

It is intimated that during the probation period mentioned in the offer of appointment or extended probation period whichever is a more, newly appointed candidate shall be paid fixed monthly emolument of initial payment only and will not include any Grade pay, Dearness Allowance, Annual increment, or any other allowance except the Medical reimbursement bill and Travelling Allowance as per entitlement of the post held by such candidate.
