Punjab Police Sub-Inspector Eligibility

District  / Armed / Investigation Police cadre :

• The candidate should be a graduate from a recognized university or its equivalent.
• Candidates must have passed the Matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subjects.

Intelligence Cadre :

• Graduate and ‘O’ Level Certificate of Information Technology from NIELIT / DOEACC. OR
• Graduate with Computer Science / Computer Applications / Information Technology as one of the elective subjects during the entire duration of graduation OR
• B.Sc / B.Tech / BE in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Computer Science & Engineering / Information Systems / Computer Networking / Data Science / Software Engineering / BCA or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications.
