The design team at Upstox includes every flavor of UI, UX, visual, motion, illustration, brand, and marketing design. As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with a team that defines and designs user interfaces, systems, and interaction, visual, and motion design patterns. We need people who are passionate about finding creative ways to evangelize the rich research data we have to both internal and external audiences, and who want to drive the results of those communications to the final experience. |
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design thoughtful, beautiful, and useful user interfaces which could give a pleasing experience to the end-users.
- Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
- Use business requirements, user and market research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to plan projects for effective delivery while maintaining high standards for design.
- Be a passionate and effective advocate for design with non-design audiences.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
|
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or graphic design or related field
- An Ability to proficiently present design solutions to stakeholders in the design, product management, and engineering teams
- Strong problem solving, and visual designer skillsStrong knowledge or classroom experience evolving design solutions from hand sketch ideas to interactive director, HTML, or flash prototypes
- Practical or classroom experience in JavaScript, Lingo and ActionScript would be preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal, and storytelling skills
- The ability to solve complex UI design problems and drive results.
